Silver Glen Preserve

Silver Glen is a community of premium two storey town homesand attached bungalows located on 28 acres in the west end of Collingwood with some of the land adjacent to Cranberry Golf Course. The finished project will include about 174 homes. Future plans include a recreation centre with a 15 metre lap pool, hot tub and fitness centre, games area, kitchen and lounge, although the start date for this centre has not yet been announced.

The setting includes walking trails, protected forest and environmental areas, and the Silver Maple Swamp. It is about 4 minutes from town and 8 minutes from Blue Mountain ski hills, by car.
